The Final Fantasy X / X-2 HD release date for North America has finally been set for March 18, 2014. It appears that Square Enix’s promise that the HD remaster of Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2 would be released this holiday season only applied to Japan.
Nonetheless, at least the North American Final Fantasy X / X-2 HD release date has been confirmed and the company also revealed that it has completely updated the Limited Edition Packaging with a gorgeous HD render of Tidus and Yuna. The concept art book has also been updated with Yoshitaka Amano’s iconic image from Final Fantasy X and X-2.
You are still able to pre-order the game and get a free upgrade to the Limited Edition version, but quantities are limited.
