Diablo III Patch 2.2.0 is heading to the Public Test Region (PTR) soon, Blizzard has announced. Numerous changes will be heading to the game as part of the new patch, including new and improved sets that aim to compete with the most powerful sets in the game currently. A total of three new six-piece sets will be introduced: Unhallowed Essence, Wrath of the Wastes and Delsere’s Magnum Opus. Other sets will be redesigned and in some instances adding bonuses to existing sets like Zunimassa’s Haunt, Raiment of a Thousand Storms, Roland’s Legacy, Tal Rasha’s Elements, Inna’s Mantra, Natalya’s Vengeance and Immortal King’s Call.

There will also be new Legendary Item Powers as part of Diablo III Patch 2.2.0 while Adventure Mode will get several updates including new Rift layouts and new Bounties. Class changes will be kept to a minimal with certain skills getting updates but will be “relatively minor in scope.” More excitingly, three brand new Goblins will be introduced: The Gelatinous Spire that splits into smaller goblins, the Gilded Baron that will satisfy your need for never-ending gold and the Insufferable Miscreant that has friends to help him run interference.

Lastly, there will be a new Cosmetic Interface that will allow you to access your cosmetic items easily without having to take up inventory space. See the full list of upcoming changes in Diablo III Patch 2.2.0 by hitting the source link below.
