Closed beta signups for Dead Island: Epidemic, what is being billed as the world’s first ZOMBA, is now available at playdie.net for those interested in checking out Deep Silver’s take on the MOBA genre. In Dead Island: Epidemic, three teams of players fight against each other for survival and when the game launches, it’ll be a free-to-play title for the PC.
According to Deep Silver, all newly registered players will be able to directly join the 30,000 Alpha testers even before the official start of the closed beta. They will also receive exclusive in-game items and rewards as the closed beta proceeds, which they’ll be able to keep when the game goes live.
“We received outstanding feedback from our Alpha testers and are looking very much forward to many new players who will join us and help us to make Dead Island: Epidemic the best possible ZOMBA experience,” says Isaac Parakhen, Brand Manager for Dead Island: Epidemic at Deep Silver. “Once the Closed Beta starts, we can’t wait to see players battling it out 24/7.”
