Bravely Second, the sequel to Bravely Default, will be heading to this year’s Tokyo Game Show and Square Enix has showed off some early footage of the upcoming RPG for the Nintendo 2DS and 3DS handheld consoles. The gameplay footage shown off during a Square Enix livestream event and captured by Nintendo Everything shows off new main character Magnolia as well as the versatile job system that was so robust in the original game.

Details on Bravely Second are light, but it appears in the video that the game will feature at least 30 jobs compared to Bravely Default‘s 24 and the ones showcased in the video includes Time Mage, Red Mage, Valkyrie and Superstar. The videos also show off one of the new cities in the game which appears to be called Istantal and is a city home to a university of magic.
