Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora has released its first story pack, The Sky Breaker, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. To celebrate the release, Ubisoft is offering a free trial for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora from July 16 to July 28 on console. The trial offers up to five hours of gameplay for free or until the player reaches the Hometree through the main story’s quest. The Sky Breaker story pack centers around a mysterious shadow looming in the sky. Players will once again face the RDA to protect the Western Frontier.

To kick off the story pack, players will travel to the Heart of the Plains, a new area in the Upper Plains. There is a new story campaign, side quests, and activities to explore. The Sky Breaker introduces several new environments, including the Prism Fields, Feathered Grasslands, Stone Rapids, and more. Players can also expect to encounter new RDA lieutenants with upgraded AMP Suits in each of the RDA Command Stations. There are timed challenges during the great festival of games, allowing players to level up to master crafter with the new Legendary rarity category, progressing up to rank 25.

The team has also continued to improve the experience in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. The latest title update adds a 40 FPS Quality mode on console, Intel XeSS Super Sampling on PC, adjusted combat difficulty, Motion Aiming with the PlayStation 5 DualSense controller, new direhorse mechanics with improved riding camera, handling, and animations, and more. Also, story content isn’t finished yet, as the Secrets of the Spires story pack will be released later this year.
