While the Summer Sale tends to be the most popular annual Steam sale, many look forward to the Winter Sale since they may receive gift cards or money as holiday gifts. The 2024 Steam Winter Sale runs from now until January 2 at 10:00am Pacific (1:00pm Eastern). If you’re on a budget, you may also want to keep an eye on The Epic Games Store, as it is giving away a free game per day for the next two weeks.
