The PlayStation Store has shared its list of the most downloaded games for September 2024, broken down by US/Canada and EU regions. In September, NBA 2K25, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, EA Sports FC 25, Astro Bot, and Black Myth: Wukong topped the US charts for PlayStation 5. Those same five titles also topped the list in the EU, though in a different order: EA Sports FC 25, Astro Bot, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, NBA 2K25, and Black Myth: Wukong.
For PlayStation 4 games, Minecraft continues to dominate in the US and Canada, while EA Sports FC 25 took the crown in the EU. For PlayStation VR2 players, Into the Radius topped both charts, while long-running standout Beat Saber came in second. The release of Astro Bot on PlayStation 5 sparked renewed interest among PlayStation VR players, with Astro Bot Rescue Mission topping the charts in the US, Canada, and EU. Finally, Fortnite continues its free-to-play dominance on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 in US, Canada, and EU.
