The long-awaited Fallout: London mod is now available, and you can download it for free on GOG.com for a limited time. The mod requires Fallout 4: GOTY Edition and takes over the base game, making irreversible changes to the default Fallout 4 installation. You’ll also need to disable cloud saves to play the mod. More annoyingly, if you ever want to play the default Fallout 4, you’ll need to uninstall the game and Fallout: London, then reinstall Fallout 4: GOTY Edition.

Fallout: London takes players to a disheveled London within the Fallout universe. It transforms Fallout 4 with a new story, new weapons, plenty of London-themed items, and a massive recreation of the ruined city. The mod takes place 40 years before the events of Fallout 3 and 160 years after the bombs dropped. It features 200 quests, 20 factions, seven companions, and 15 boroughs, offering up to 90 hours of gameplay with multiple story paths and endings. The team also added an overhauled original soundtrack and voice acting.

Fallout: London was created by Team FOLON, a separate legal entity from Bethesda.
