Link will be joining the Mario Kart 8 roster as part of the game’s first DLC pack and Nintendo has revealed his ride, the Master Cycle. The company revealed the above sketch on Twitter saying that the Master Cycle will have “plenty of horse power,” and is decked out with The Legend of Zelda-themed elements throughout. Mario Kart 8‘s first DLC will arrive next month and will also include cat-suit Princess Peach and tanooki-suit Mario. Another vehicle being added includes an F-Zero-inspired Blue Falcon kart as well as new tracks for the first DLC pack.

The second Mario Kart 8 DLC pack will come in May 2015 and will include Animal Crossing‘s Villager and Isabelle, Dry Bowser, four vehicles and eight tracks. Expect more news to come as we get closer to the DLC’s release but for now you can get excited about Link’s Master Cycle.
